Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Supply Chain Manager will provide oversight and enable the successful accomplishment of Supply Chain departmental and company goals. Additionally, this role will provide team oversight and direction to enable the successful accomplishment of Supply Chain yearly program management goals. The head will ensure alignment of departmental goals with cross-functional partners and all internal and external stakeholders.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Procurement key sourcing activities and milestones
Facilitates new product rollouts, LTO, deletions, and transitions with distributors and suppliers
Provides risk assessments and input to new product
Ensures PO placement and pricing accuracy
Manage and maintain forecasting systems inventory levels of all products
Ensures inventory levels across the supply chain (raw material, CAPEX) are optimized
Align and architect optimal supply chain flow in support of domestic and international needs
In partnership with QA/QC, ensuring compliance with regulatory and government agencies across local and global (labeling, Halal, ingredient content)
Identifies key partners, industry and category trends & and communicates effectively to cross-functional partners
Supplier management
Ensures ongoing supplier relationships provide a steady supply, availability, and efficient production lead times

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Vietnamese only.
Education: Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain, Finance. MBA preferred (but not mandatory)
Experience: At least 5 years in management roles in FMCG Supply Chain. Experience in BEVERAGE IS PREFERRED.
