We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to streamline our supply chain operations and drive efficiency, focusing on global import/export logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement logistics plans, schedules, and procedures to meet transit and delivery targets.
- Oversee import, export, and customs activities while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Allocate resources efficiently, lead and develop logistics teams, and manage forwarder selection to support optimal performance.
- Work closely with Production, Sales, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Finance to ensure supply chain activities align with business goals and support on-time product delivery.
- Address customer complaints, support investigations, and resolve issues with internal teams.
- Coordinate production planning for timely delivery of components and finished goods.
- Contribute to the strategy, policies, and best practices that drive operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field; 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven expertise in import/export logistics, especially across Vietnam, the US, Asia, and Europe.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- CSCP or CPIM certification (preferable).
