POSITION DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this position is to improve and maintain best service to Clients in terms of logistics, especially Import and Purchase.

Responsibilities

• To supervise and support the team in monitoring Inventory level by Clients through analysis and purchase stock.
• To work with Client or related departments on solving problem related to import and purchase.
• To supervise and support the warehouse in monitoring shipment schedule to warehouse.
• To work closely with Supply Chain Manager on plans or projects relating import and purchase.
• To prepare related reports to Supply Chain Manager, Clients and related departments as agreed.
• To supervise the team performance as target.
• To arrange the staff training.
• Other tasks as per assignment of line manager/company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related disciplines
• Minimum of 3-5 years in import- export. Experiences in healthcare and relevant industry will be an added advantage
• Good background & experiences in import-export, purchase
• Good communication in English
• Work independently to deal with stakeholders
• Teamwork spirits
