Supply Chain Specialist/Analyst

HMD INTERNATIONAL TRADING JOINT STOCK COMPANY - GO VAP HCM

Working hours: 8 AM - 5 PM from Monday to Friday

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Analyze and optimize inventory.
2. Plan ordering and distribution of goods.
3. Analyze cost chains and find optimal solutions.
4. Develop models for early warning of issues and potential risks. Build support models for departments.
5. Create a unified, streamlined data system. Extract information from data.
6. Analyze and assess the effectiveness of each product group to propose suitable plans.
7. Coordinate with other departments to share information and data and gather additional insights.
8. Develop and maintain supply chain management tools and reports.
9. Other tasks as assigned by the department head.

REQUIREMENTS

Education

• Graduated from college/university in Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Preference for candidates with certificates related to Planning or Supply Chain.

Knowledge:

• Candidates with knowledge in Planning or Supply Chain preferred.

Language skills: Communicative English.

Experience: 1-3 years in analysis, planning, supply chain management, or equivalent positions.

Skills:

• Logical thinking.
• Good calculation, analysis, and planning abilities.
• Proficient in analytical tools such as Excel, BI, Query, etc.
• Skills in summarizing, statistics, and data management.
• Time and task management.
• Proficient in office software.
