Job Summary
The Supply Planning Senior Manager position is responsible for ensuring the supply of goods to the assigned product lines and managing, planning, and building medium and long-term supply orientation. Participate in regular meetings inside and outside the department; Closely coordinate with Demand Planning, Innovation Planning, Factory, MPO, Logistics departments... to ensure accurate information and implementation. Effectively manage inventory, slow-moving goods, and expired goods.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate and contribute in meetings on new product development.
- Participate in weekly tracking meetings with Demand Planning / Sales / Trade Marketing to update supply fluctuations and actual sales to have timely and effective supply and production solutions.
- Measure and improve Delivery in full on time (DIFOT), Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO), Slow Moving and Obsolete Stock (SMOS), Output Reliability (OR), ad-hoc the left row matrix
- Develop and implement short- to long-term supply plans (AP, MPS, DPS, MRP) with 2 sources of supply inside and outside the company.
- Basic data management serves planning, readiness for conversion, and testing of new systems.
- Monitor progress to ensure goods supply. Analyze the causes and take corrective and preventive measures.
- Lead & develop the team of employees below to meet the company's overall goals.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain and improve the department's common goals.
