Sustainability Manager

Responsibilities

This is a full-time on-site role based in Cai Lay, Vietnam. The Sustainability Manager will be responsible for the full spectrum of sustainability-related activities covering environment, social and governance. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, managing sustainability projects and performance indicators, conducting internal audits and assessments, developing sustainability strategies, and providing training and guidance to the workforce.

Qualifications / Competencies

• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry compliance standards
• Experience in working with Sport brands (eg. Puma, Adidas, Nike)
• Experience in handling certification standards (eg. BetterWorks, HIGG, RCS, WRAP, SCAN, ZDHC, CT-PAT)
• Experience in conducting audits, assessments, and implementing sustainability-related strategies
• Experience in the apparel or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field
• Professional certification in compliance or a relevant field is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work collaboratively and effectively in cross-functional teams
• Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
