II. Job information
Responsibilities:
System Engineers must ensure that IT systems operate securely, efficiently, and continuously to serve the organization's business goals. Manage and operate the entire server system (both physical and virtual) at the Data Center.
- Administer the database system and servers.
- Ensure the system operates stably.
- Support the operation of core and non-core systems.
- Perform regular data backups, ensuring data recovery in case of incidents.
- Develop incident response scenarios related to the system.
- Regularly apply patches for the server system.
- Coordinate and assist with issues related to other departments.
- Participate in implementing IT infrastructure projects.
- Participate in training and supporting users.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ year
- Working time: Monday - Friday
- Experience with mail systems, web hosting, file servers, and virtualization systems VMware/Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Experience in operating/deploying ERP systems Oracle Fusion/CRM, SQL/Oracle/Mysql database.
- Experience in operating and managing SAN/SAN switch systems.
- In-depth knowledge of virtualization platforms, and cloud computing.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows/Linux OS.
