System Legal Management Specialist/ Senior Specialist - Legal and Compliance Division

Job Description:

• Legal control of regulations, processes, instructions, products, and services of MB.
• Review and systematize internal documents and contract templates.
• Assess the impact of and implement legal documents.
• Develop and monitor the Bank's legal compliance obligations.
• Implement and monitor the Bank's legal compliance framework.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Economic Law, Civil Law or equivalent
• Priority is given to candidates with a Lawyer Practice Certificate
• Minimum 03 years in the legal field of Finance Companies, Procuracies, Courts, State agencies on legal work, Law offices and other banks.
