I. WHAT WILL YOU DO
- In charge of recruitment for Convenience Store (CVS) operations based on weekly, monthly, quarterly requests;
- Work closely with the hiring manager to understand the operation and current situation of store staff.
- Implement the plan external recruitment strategy to ensure achieve TA's goal;
- Improve effectiveness and success in recruiting, retaining and engaging employees;
- Work with the Employer Branding Team to enhance the talent pool;
- In charge of hotline and answering questions related to recruitment on channels;
- Track and make reports to optimize conversion rate for Store
II. WHAT DO YOU NEED
- University/college degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding technique
- At least 1,5 years of experience in FnB, CVS, and chain store mass recruitment. (Must)
- Interviewing skills, Can-do attitude, result-oriented, eager learning;
- Good sense of caring people and company culture;
- Strong logical thinking/problem-solving skills;
- Adaptability: be able to adapt to changing requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
