In This Role, You Will
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online channels, social media, job boards, and networking events, to source, attract, and hire top-tier candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit within the organization.
- Deliver the excellence of service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the journey to bring the high experience of NFQ.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, movements, insights and best practices to continually improve the talent acquisition process.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Perform other tasks/ or responsibilities assigned by the direct line manager.
What You Will Bring
- At least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment field, with a passion for attracting top talent to the organization.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent people sense and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Fluency in English, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- If you have experience in sales, it will be a plus.
