JOB DESCIPTION

Mainly do sales support for Sales Manager & Sales Dept:

• Receiving and analyzing recruitment requests from departments, building ideal candidate profiles.
• Posting job openings, screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews for internship positions.
• Assisting hiring managers in face-to-face interviews.
• Onboarding new interns, ensuring a smooth integration process.
• Managing the company's career fanpage/LinkedIn, creating engaging content.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS

• Dynamic, proactive, and with a long-term orientation towards Talent Acquisition.
• Can work full-time and minimum 6 months internship.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Content writing skills and proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) are a plus.
• Strong English proficiency (both spoken and written) is a plus.
