JOB DESCRIPTION
HR Admin & Project
- Support in daily operational tasks of the TA team such as preparing to onboard newcomers, and collecting employee data
- Be in charge of some HR projects ( Buddy program for newcomers, orientation, conduct survey)
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Other tasks assigned
Recruiting Tasks
- Source, screen resumes, and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Keep track of candidate experience by sending thank you letters and following up on their feedback.
- Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
- In charge of some internships/ massive positions
- Other tasks assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields required
- Detail-oriented and passionate to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Experience with MS Office, be able to handle complex recruiting system
- Can work full-time for 3 months
