TALENT ACQUISITION - HR RECRUITER
Job Description:
- Sources and selects open requisition within Asia and/or any other regions as required by the Head of Department and/or Managers and coordinate with recruitment agencies regarding job posting and making payments to activate accounts.
- Screens and evaluates acquired profiles based on the requirements and job description given.
- Conducts set of interviews, coordinating with relevant line managers and providing objective evaluation in order to determine the right candidate for the position.
- Handles documentation and reference checking in discreet manner for job offer creation.
- Arranges commencement for successfully hired candidates, liaise with other HR teams for onboarding arrangement.
- Maintains good communication with hired candidates until the onboarding date.
- Conducts Exit Formality, Interview and Clearance upon off-boarding of employees.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Candidate must have at least 2 year of working experience in Recruitment
- Fluency in English (Spoken and Written, Professional Working Proficiency) Knowledge in Ms. Office, Job Portals.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
