Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Wintex Support located in Bangkok - Thailand (the job requires relocation)
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners. You will also be involved in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and providing guidance on talent acquisition best practices.
- Manage a TA team to achieve the recruitment's KPIs (Tech & Back office)
- Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
- Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to provide insights and guidance to hiring managers.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to HRD on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the IT industry
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and external partners
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- HR certification is a plus
