This role is ideal for candidates with experience in tech recruitment, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to developing innovative recruitment solutions. You will work closely with hiring managers, C-level executives, and various departmental stakeholders to drive talent acquisition excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including analyzing job requirements, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Research and propose new channels for attracting diverse candidates, creating multi-channel sourcing strategies.
- Understand hiring needs, develop tailored recruitment plans, and analyze recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
- Prepare recruitment reports, share insights, and propose actionable solutions to improve processes.
- Brand Building & Engagement: Support recruitment branding initiatives, promote BSS's employer brand across online and offline channels, and engage with leading universities for talent sourcing.
- Coordinate with internal teams (IC, C&B) to build employer branding and foster employee engagement.
- Assist with other tasks assigned by management, including ATS development, coordinating recruitment campaigns, and supporting hiring managers.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong preference for IT industry experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a keen eye for details
- English proficiency (equivalent to TOEIC 650 or IELTS 6.0)
- Mindset: Dynamic, eager to learn, responsible, with a proactive approach to work and collaboration.
