Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

• Search, build, and develop candidate sources for the Business Development Division.
• Implement recruitment activities and build the company's employer branding.
• Organize recruitment activities: Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, schedule interviews, negotiate offers, and send offer letters.
• Plan and organize internal communication activities to develop company culture.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, human resources, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales recruitment.
• Priority given to candidates with experience in business, headhunting, or involvement in youth organizations or social activities.
• Dynamic, creative, with quick thinking, proactive in work, and full of ideas.
• Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
