Vietnamese Senior/Lead Talent Acquisition - Onsite Bangkok

Salary range: USD 1200 - 1800 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced recruiters to help our company find IT, marketing, finance, and operations professionals from Vietnam to join our offices across Asia (Thailand, Philippines, Cambodia, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

Source and recruit professionals from Vietnam for various roles in IT, marketing, finance, and operations.

Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and manage the hiring process.

Coordinate with different departments to understand their recruitment needs.

Ensure a smooth transition for new hires relocating to different offices in Asia.

Working Conditions:

Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday

Probation Period: 3 months with 6 days of leave

Post-Probation Leave: 7 days per month (can be taken continuously for returning to Vietnam, traveling, or team-building activities)

Employees maintain possession of their personal documents (e.g., passports).

Benefits:

Travel: Company covers one-way airfare and accommodation. If the candidate is deemed unsuitable, a return flight ticket will be provided.

Salary: Net salary as per the offer letter (during probation, only a tourist visa is provided; a work permit is issued after passing probation)

Bonuses: Tet holidays and based on monthly/quarterly/yearly business results.

Daily Food Expenses: $15 Net support

VISA/Work Permit: 100% support after the probationary period

Housing: 100% support for luxury apartment rental (central area with full amenities: Super Mall, Swimming Pool, Gym, Co-working space, etc.)

Annual Travel/Vacation: Company-sponsored trips

Professional Development: 100% support for courses to improve job-related professional knowledge (no reimbursement required if leaving the job)

Requirements:

Strong experience in recruitment

Ability to work independently and in a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to relocate and work onsite in Bangkok
