At LARION, our Human Resources team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (TechRecruitment) to join our young, dynamic, and creative team. You will play a vital role in daily recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring process. Additionally, you will support the development of our employer branding initiatives and collaborate with the HR team to organize engaging events, campaigns, and more to attract top talent and enhance our company culture. I.What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Be in charge of full cycle of the recruitment process to hire the most qualified applicants, as well as being a contact point to communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist in onboarding new hires with company orientation by coordinating training sessions and events for employees
- Doing background checks and calling references
- Explaining the benefits, company policies and parameters of the job to applicants
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR documentation, including job descriptions, policies, and procedures
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and maintaining HR records
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
Employer Branding (20%)
- Propose new content, write, and distribute on social media channels (Facebook and LinkedIn)
- Assist in designing graphics (Posters, flyers, banners, etc.) if possible
- Corporate with HR team to create campaigns, mini-games, and other internal and external events to attract more candidates and referrals
- Other tasks will be assigned when required.
II.What You'll Bring
- At least 3 years of experience in tech/software engineer recruitment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards tasks and challenges.
