Coordinating with hiring managers to ensure that all positions are filled promptly.

Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Interviewing potential candidates to assess their skills and qualifications.

Reviewing hiring trends within the industry to determine best practices for attracting talent.

Working with human resources and other departments to ensure that all legal requirements are met during the hiring process.

Preparing reports on hiring trends and activities within their department.

Coordinating with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews and meetings.

Recommending hiring decisions based on the results of interviews and reference checks.

Overseeing the administrative aspects of the hiring process such as scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.

Creating job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.

Suggesting new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities.

Researching talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry.

Managing respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities.

Creating monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.

Developing and carrying out the Employer Branding Strategy.

Field visit to get insight and understand the situation of shoppers, employees.

Working with clients to plan and implement refresh training for the store team.

Handling report on Recruitment.

Handling other assigned tasks on job TA demands.

Yu cu

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management or similar field (FMCG/Retail).

3+ years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role.

Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.

Proficiency in English (4 skills).

Experience in using talent solution platforms to proactively source candidates and employer branding.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Total annual income (Base salary+ monthly KPI+13th month bonus): depends on expertise and achievement.

Outstanding incentive: on the business result.

Annual company trip.

Annual leave: 12 days/ year +1 day for every 5 years.
