Implement efficient talent attraction activities together with related reports

Work,follow up, evaluate recruitment channels such as headhunt, internal referral, VNWS, CB, enhance networking to attract talentUpdate best practices in labor market, orgchart, staffing of functional departments in the same industry companies
Participate in EB activities as requested
Other related tasks of TA and HR as assigned by line manager
Job requirements
Bachelor in Human resource management, business administration, Law or other related fields
Have knowledge and experience implementing the overall recruitment process
Have around 2 years of experience in similar positions. Experience in FMCG or Food companies is a plus.
Able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
