Job purpose
Implement recruitment to attract talent, and improve human resource quality to develop staff towards the company's development goals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
- Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies Source the talent candidate through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) and other professional networks
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
- Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
- Develop and carry out the employer branding strategy
Requirement
- 02-04 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks
- Proficiency in English (4 skills)
- Experience in using talent solution platforms to proactively source candidates
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
