Job Description

Currently, let's take the opportunity to work with our professionals by joining: Tax Consultant/Assistant - Corporate Advisory Services based in HCMC (Working location: L'Mak The Signature Building, District 3)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the clients to ensure efficient delivery of tax services to clients
  • Provide tax advisory and compliance services in relation to corporate income tax, value added tax, foreign contractor tax
  • Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulation
  • Handle clients daily accounting book records, month-end closing, year-end reporting
  • Provide monthly payroll outsourcing, PIT, labor compliance and advisory services
  • Represent the clients in working with the competent authorities, when necessary
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients on tax matters
  • Manage the deadlines and assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
  • Stay up to date on applicable tax regulations and best practices in corporate taxes and incorporating them into client work as necessary
  • Work well with the team to complete the assignment
  • Develop effective relationships with clients and key contacts
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager and above

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Tax field.
  • Knowledge of Tax practices, accounting records and procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Good at English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in social and business communication at a minimum Business Level
