Our client is a global food ingredient supplier that is looking for a top-notch candidate to work for their firm:
- Tax Compliance
- Supervise and guarantee compliance with tax regulations (VAT/PIT/Customs, etc.) across all branches and sites of the Nuts Business in Vietnam.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting company operations.
- Develop and execute policies and procedures to ensure adherence to local and national regulations.
- Licensing and Permits
- Manage the process of acquiring and renewing licenses, permits, and registrations necessary for Nuts Business operations.
- Maintain an updated database of all licenses and permits.
- Contract Management
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, and partnerships.
- Ensure contracts comply with tax requirements and mitigate potential risks.
- Government Relations
- Cultivate positive relationships with tax authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Serve as the key liaison for tax-related matters when engaging with external stakeholders.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate and well-organized records of all tax-related documents and communications.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management regarding tax activities and updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience as a Tax Manager or in a similar position.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and drafting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
