Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the development of digital acquisitions strategies across paid and owned & earned channels
- Maintain an extreme focus on detail while managing marketing campaigns across multiple online channels
- Oversee performance campaign management and reporting, including in-depth analytics of LTV, CPA, ROAS, ROI, and incrementally
- Drive digital acquisition growth by assessment of the competitive landscape, optimization of existing channel performance and identification of new opportunities
- Innovate and implement tests and learn strategies and drive scalable results. Develop and pioneer recommendations of new tactics and strategies to test through our paid digital media efforts
- Mentor the talented individual contributors and leads on your team to grow their own analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve effectiveness and efficiency of our performance channels
- Partner with Data Analysts on reporting, tracking, and forecasting to help evaluate program performance across all online acquisition channels, aiding in the development of future strategies
- Apply critical thinking skills to identify and size new acquisition opportunities, assess customer impacts, and make new recommendations to drive business growth
- Closely manage a sizeable marketing budget to drive Katalon's strategy and business goals, maximizing profitability of the performance marketing spend
Requirements
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Proven experience in developing and managing marketing budgets to support business objectives
- Experience in multi-channel marketing management, including building, launching, and reporting on campaigns using HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools, as well as marketing automation
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, SEA, SMA, etc.
- Proven experience in a similar management role, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing innovative solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and adapt strategies in a dynamic and competitive market landscape
- Strong experience in setting, forecasting and tracking budget expenditures, and making data-driven decisions to optimize spending
- Ability to effectively allocate resources across various marketing channels and initiatives while maximizing ROI
- Demonstrated ability to establish key performance metrics and drive measurable results to deliver positive ROI on marketing investments
- Strong analytical skills to analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies to achieve ROI targets
- Experience in collaborating cross-functionally with Campaign, Web, Product Marketing, and other departments to align efforts with overall business objectives
