Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of structural engineers by planning, scheduling, and assigning tasks to manage the performance of the team.
Be responsible for supporting team members by providing guidance, feedback, and mentoring.
Appraise the design, analysis, and evaluation of structural components and systems for various construction projects.
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to develop project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Coordinate with the BIM Manager for any matter to ensure a smooth working process.
Review and approve engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct site visits and inspections to assess structural integrity, identify issues, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
Provide technical support and expertise to resolve complex engineering challenges and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or masters degree in civil engineering or structural engineering.
English skill is a Must.
At least 5 years of experience in structural design.
At least 1 year in a leadership position.
Experience in international projects.
Good knowledge of Eurocode and TCVN.
Proficient in using Finite-Element Software (i.e. Etabs, RFEM, INFOCAD).
Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills with the ability to adapt to change.
