Job Description
- Manage a squad team of 8-15 members, including FE/BE engineers, BAs, and Manual/Automation QCs.
- Control and facilitate agile activities, including sprint planning, estimation, daily stand-ups, retrospective meeting.
- Coordinate with SA for technical and solution evaluations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure the application's quality, security, and performance through code reviews and tuning.
- Handle conflict resolution and performance management within the squad team
- Communicate progress, risks, and solutions to PM and clients.
Your Skills and Experience
- At least Three years of experience developing cloud-based or distributed applications using Dotnet 6 or above and Entity Framework.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and containerized environment (Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with API design and message-oriented systems.
- At least three years of experience in team management.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience managing a software development team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Highly Recommendations:
- Owning knowledge or experience in the financial sectors, especially dealing with stocks, mutual and pension funds.
- Experience in handling and optimizing concurrency problems in high-traffic web applications.
- Experience in Azure services such as Azure Kubernetes Service, Blob, Azure SQL, Application Gateway, and Service Bus.
- Experience in leveraging Elastic Stack for logging/searching/distributed tracing and monitoring.
