Job description
Manage and participate directly in the technical issues of the project.
Analyze requirements, make options and develop technical solutions for the project.
Anticipate, manage, and address technical risks, dependencies, and fear issues that
Could impact Team projects.
Work closely with PM to monitor project status, risks and action plans.
Review source code, guide, train technical skills and solve technical problems for
Team members.
Your skills and experience
Minimum 5+ years of software development experience
In-depth knowledge of front-end & backend
In-depth knowledge of Ruby backend is a plus
Understanding of peoject management methodologies
Extensive experience in technical project leadership
Strategic technical planning and execution skills
Advanced problem-solving and decision- making abilities.
Knowledge of agile development practices.
Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
English good communication.
