Position: Technical after-sales engineer

Job location: Hanoi, VietnamRemote Office

Responsibilities

1. Need to survey the site.

2. Responsible for creating simple solutions.

3. Provide solution explanations.

4. Equipment installation and debugging.

5. Equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

6. After sales quotation, follow-up on transactions, and follow-up on delivery after transactions.

7. Follow up on the progress of handling customer issues, maintain contact with the Chinese headquarters, coordinate resources to solve customer issues, including but not limited to tracking material progress, technical personnel support, etc.

8. Assist Jaten employees in planning their local business trips, arranging accommodation, and understanding information.

Experience / Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree.

2. Major: Mechanical Engineering & Automation/Mechatronic Engineering/Electric Engineering & Automation/Automation/Electronic & Information Engineering etc.

3. No experience needed

4. Experience in automation equipment installation, debugging, maintenance, etc. is preferred

5. Proficient in English, understanding Chinese is preferred.
