MAIN TASK
- Create the line-art 2D/3D illustrations, technical bulletins, and flyers for products of Simpson Strong-Tie Company.
- Receive requests from US customers, clarify, schedule projects, communicate, and deliver the final documents to the customers via email.
- Communicate clearly and timely with all members of the team.
- Proactively collaborate with team leader and peers to develop and maintain the working process, CEI system, graphic library, and training documents.

Requirements
- Proven graphic designing experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
- Ability to read and comprehend in English (at least TOEIC 550 or equivalent)
- Familiarity with design software and technologies such as Illustrator (mandatory), Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
- Excellent communication skills.
