KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coach and lead the cross functional team
- Guide a team towards self-organization
- Line manager of IT people in the agile team
- Oversee activities ranging from business analysis over development to production operation and
- incident handling
- Be accountable for the application(s) from the product development point of view
- Be accountable for a technical part of product
- Continuously move the team forward personally and technologically
- Work with team and peers to fulfill the company IT strategy
- Contribute to successful transformation of IT to Agile
REQUIREMENTS
- You have previous experience with leading a team
- You are ready to put your hands on to solve the problem
- You have thorough understanding and appreciation for the Agile values and principles
- You're comfortable around people, your domain expertise coexists with your strong ability to negotiate, influence and provide feedback
- You prefer trusting people and empowerment over micro-management
- You seek continual improvement - Constantly learning to grow your expertise, yourself, and your team.
- Attitude of transparency Desire and aptitude to bring disclosure and to grow trust between the business and IT
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field
- Fluent English
- 5+ years in a software development environment preferably involving cross-team dependencies
- Direct experience working in a financial service organization is a plus
