Technical Lead

Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management

- Lead and mentor a diverse team of software engineers, ensuring the delivery of high quality software solutions.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting continuous

improvement and professional development.

Technical Oversight & Strategy

- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and maintainable software

systems.

- Drive technical strategy and architecture decisions, ensuring alignment with the

company's goals and industry best practices.

- Evaluate and integrate new technologies, tools, and processes to enhance product

capabilities and performance.

Project Management

- Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects and tasks, ensuring timely and effective

delivery.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical

requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

System Design & Scaling

- Lead the design and implementation of a scalable design system that supports the rapid

growth and expansion of the platform.

- Ensure the platform's robustness, performance, and security, optimizing it for high

availability and scalability.

- Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS) and ensure cost-effective and efficient use of

resources.
