Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support.
Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using PHP, frontend technologies (e.g., Angular, Vue), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet project objectives and deadlines.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and industry trends.
Mentor and develop junior team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Technical Leader or Team Leader.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, multithreading/concurrency programming, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience with Java and Python.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Familiarity with CI/CD software development environments.
Ability to participate in coding and code reviews.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to lead and motivate teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working with Japanese customers is a plus.
Good in English for daily communication with clients.
Japanese language proficiency (N3 or higher) is a plus
