The Position
OSPWAT is looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager, which is a full-time on-site position located in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work closely with team members from product development, product management, design, digital marketing, sales, and sales engineering to help drive the planning and tactics of our product marketing strategy. In this role, you will research market trends, develop messaging per buyer personas; build supporting product demos; develop product collateral and sales tools; and present the products to prospects and customers.
What You Will be Doing
- Responsible for demand research, proposing solutions, collecting, analyzing, sorting out and keeping track of demands;
- Assisted the product managers and executives to control the overall scope of project requirements;
- Sorted out business function flow chart and designed system function according to user requirements;
- Responsible for the preparation of business analysis documents, requirements specifications functional specifications and sales & marketing assets;
- Able to explain requirements to architecture, development, testing and UX designers to ensure that requirements are correctly understood;
- Work with Engineering and UX Designing team to develop and assure the quality before releasing;
- Work with Pre-sales team to run demo sessions when requested;
- Liaise with Regional Tech & Product teams to address technical questions/concerns from prospective clients;
What We Need from You
- Full-time bachelor's degree or above, majoring in IT, computer science, software engineering is required;
- 3+ years relevant Software Product Management experience, ideally cyber security, multi-product/system solutions;
- Success influencing and leading engineering and design teams as well as partnering with cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment of consistent growth.
- Have a business mindset and positive thinking; be self-driven, agile and get things done focused;
- Fluent in English & Vietnamese
- Experience in Product Marketing and Content Writing is a big plus
