Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

Build and technically lead a group of teams having developers for different platforms.

Define technical direction and plan roadmaps within your specialization (tools, web, framework, version, middleware, UI/UX, engine,).

Collaborate with Product Owner/Onshore for timely releases.

Provide technical oversight through code reviews and validations.

Contribute to system design, features development, and performance optimization.

Administer overall team activities to meet deadlines.

Skills and Experience

Must-Have:

Around 10 years of programming experience (ReactJS/Java/NodeJS)

Minimum 5 years as Technical Manager in web or mobile applications development and microservices.

Proficiency in gRPC, Caching, Redis, and Unit Testing.

Familiarity with Message broker, Elastic search, MySQL, NoSQL, SQL systems, and Protobuf.

Strong algorithmic and/or UI/UX experience.

Nice to Have:

Experience leading teams of large systems.

Product mindset and understanding of game server systems.

Proficient with GIT, Docker, Kubernetes.

Familiarity with Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS messaging systems.

Adapt to high pressure at work.
