B-Position Overview
As a Technical Support Engineer (Level 2) at Stor.ai you will play a crucial role in providing advanced technical assistance to our clients. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to our web and mobile applications, API integrations, and data platform. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.
C-Responsibilities:
1.Provide expert technical support to clients, addressing and resolving escalated issues promptly.
2.Collaborate with Level 1 support engineers to mentor and assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
3.Investigate and analyze issues related to our web and mobile applications, API integrations, and data platform.
4.Communicate effectively with clients to understand and document technical issues and resolutions.
5.Work closely with development teams to report and track software bugs and contribute to continuous improvement.
6.Contribute to the development and maintenance of support documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
D-Required Skills:
1.Solid understanding of web technologies, including React, AngularJS, Node.js, and mobile technologies like ReactNative.
2.Experience with API integrations using PHP, C++, and cloud services such as AWS.
3.Familiarity with database technologies, including AWS RDS, Solr, DynamoDB, and others.
4.Proficient in scripting languages like Python and PHP.
5.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
E-Freferred Qualifications:
1.Previous experience with support for Clickhouse DataWarehouse, Trillabit Reporting, or similar reporting tools.
2.Knowledge of tools such as Bash, Crontab, and Memcache.
3.Familiarity with AisleOne applications and relevant technologies.
