Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance for our Marketing Technology (MarTech) systems and tools. The role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, automation tools, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly. You will work closely with marketing teams, external vendors, and IT support to ensure that all MarTech systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for MarTech tools, including Email Marketing Systems, Marketing Automation Platforms, Product Analytics, and Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to system integrations, software configurations, and platform performance.
  • Assist users with technical issues related to marketing campaigns, data integrations, and platform functionalities.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors for more complex issues or escalations.
  • Monitor system performance and work to resolve any disruptions or slowdowns in MarTech tools.
  • Document and track user issues and resolutions through a ticketing system.
  • Conduct system tests, updates, and routine maintenance on MarTech platforms to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in user training and onboarding for MarTech tools and platforms, ensuring teams are proficient in the systems they use.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices in MarTech tools and technologies.
  • Manage user permissions, roles, and access to various marketing platforms and tools.
  • Support integration efforts between MarTech platforms and client systems such as Web, App, CMS, Core Banking, PMS.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in technical support, specifically in Marketing Technology (MarTech).
  • Familiarity with Email marketing tools (e.g., Sendgrid, Mailchimp...), and marketing automation platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), data integration techniques (APIs, middleware), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Jira, Zendesk, or Freshdesk.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of SQL, scripting, or database management.
  • Experience with A/B testing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Optimize).
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and their integration with marketing automation tools.
