Job Overview And Responsibility

As a Technical Lead, you're an established leader of a new development team. You steer a team of programmers towards a technical vision, plus produce high-quality code and navigate constraints to turn it into reality.

Technical Leadwill be involved in the architecture, development, and maintenance our products.

• Build and technically lead a group of teams having developers for different platforms.
• Define thetechnical visionwithin your area of specialization (e.g. tools, web, middleware, gameplay, animation, UI, physics, AI, 3D, engine, etc.) + plan its technical roadmap.
• Work with Product Manager, Game Designer, Devs and QAs to deliver weekly or bi-weekly releases.
• Providetechnical oversightby reviewing code and making technical validations.
• System design and planning, features development, tools development, scaling/performance optimization.
• Overall team administration and getting work done within the given timeframe.

Skills and Experience

MUST HAVE

• Around 5 years of programming experience inReactJS or NodeJS
• +2 years of technical leadership
• Experience working withgRPC.
• Proficient withCaching,Redis.
• Familiar withMessage broker,Elastic search,Unit test.
• Familiar withMySQL, NoSQL, andSQL systems.
• Understand and have experience working withProtobuf.
• Good atalgorithms.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience leading a team and delivering online games and/ or social web games.
• Have a goodproduct mindset.
• Experience in developinggame serversystems.
• Understand the operation mechanism ofgame engine.
• Have knowledge ofsecurityfor large systems.
• Proficient withGIT.
• Good understanding withDocker, Kubernetes.
• Familiar withSQL systems.
• Familiar withKafka, RabbitMQ, andNATS messaging systems.
• Adapt tohigh pressureat work.
