We are looking for a passionate Technical Writer responsible for producing high-quality writing for our internal and external documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn the core of existing & new product features and turning them and its complex technical languages into instructive documents and supporting documents for readers; including global banks employees, solution architects, sales, and customer-support colleagues. These documents should be easy to read, and easy to follow.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders including product owners, developers, QA, designers to deliver the key goal above.
- Research and interpret data on these readers/users feedback to constantly improve the quality of these documents, constructive editing and maintain a commitment to accuracy, with a strong grasp of grammar and usage.
- Open to conduct training on these documents and on related product areas the company is developing.
Your skill and experience:
- A bachelor's degree in relevant fields of Computer Science, IT, Engineering.
- 02++ year experience in technical writing or product documentation for software development companies.
- Prior experience as a QA, Web/Mobile Developer, Business Analysis is a great plus.
- Experience in writing/editing skills to deliver works on a variety of documents and styles including usability guides, support documents, process, and API reference...
- Detail-oriented and diligent
- Confident in communicating with different stakeholders of the company's product development cycle.
- Good understanding of technical terminology, and familiarity with Markdown or HTML and editing software such as Confluence and Freshdesk
- Willingness to take on new challenges, all for good goals toward the targeted readers happiness (mentioned above) in mind.
