Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to production problems in Assembly manufacturing areas, specifically for printing/lapping/ create a new program on pick/place machine and other processes where machine operation is required.
- Collaboration with other departments such as ADC, FE to develop new tools and fixtures for prototype process and product development.
- Ensure machine operation are smoothly, collect and analyze data to improve processes further.
- Work with other engineers in Front End or system to carry out process development and improvement projects to meet department objectives towards cost saving and quality improvement.
Education & Experience
- Intermediate Graduate or College Graduate, prefer in Mechanical /Industrial
- 4+ years of Applicable experience in manufacturing setting in relation to trouble shooting of machine operation and diagnostic of production problems.
- Proficient computer skills, experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Email, internet access, SPC software.
Skills
- Understanding of technical drawing and basic chemical engineering principals to manufacture parts in high volume setting.
- Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot and solve production problems effectively and timely manner in production setting.
- Open communication and problem-solving skills.
