Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Detailer/Drafter at TSARSI located in District 1. The Detailer/Drafter will be responsible for daily tasks such as creating detailed drawings, preparing plans and blueprints, collaborating with engineers and architects, and ensuring accuracy and quality in all drafting work.

Complete drawings and details as required for builders, engineers and production

Create and maintain the standard/master drawings and details to ensure efficiency and accuracy

Monitor workload and general daily tasks to ensure deadlines are met

Review updated plans to ascertain if the job needs to be revised, or, if the quote needs to be revised if the job is still in detail.

Reviewing and sending information requests and approvals to builders

Send job to appropriate internal teams and builders immediately once completed

Regular and comprehensive, clear and courteous follow-up emails to both internal and external customers

Comprehensive, clear and courteous phone, Teams, or in-person interactions

Answer enquiries from internal and external customers

This includes general detailing enquiries

Qualifications

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Tekla is in advanced

Bachelor's degree civil engineering and 2-3 years of relevant experience in a product, project, or support engineer role.

At least 2 years in detailer roles.

Experience in creating detailed drawings and blueprints

Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and architects

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work

Knowledge of construction and manufacturing processes

Good communication and teamwork skills

Associate's degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field

Relevant certification or training in drafting software is a plus
