1 Manage the operations of projects smoothly with the 3rd party Lab, Factory and Engineering teams and quality team with support by Suzhou testing team in CN

Accountabilities:
Essential Functions
1 Test Process management.
2 Test schedule optimization.
3 Regular report of Lab test result to management
4 Responsible for the implementation of Company's Quality Plan
5 Verify and qualify the design to minimize product liability risks while maximizing end customer satisfaction.
6 Promote Continuous Improvement in product reliability.
7 Ensure that the test director and appropriate senior management are immediately informed of serious test issues.
8 Develop the new test method and new test fixture.
9 Coordinate with supplier resource
Additional Responsibilities
1 Select, manage and develop the test team in SEA, deploying the Company's goals into the Lab organization.
2 Conduct periodic performance reviews of the test Team members, ensuring appropriate, frank and objective feedback to each test team member.
3 Ensure compliance to regulations and corporate policies and procedures.
4 Ensure the safety of Lab / test setup & facility wherever in SN lab or supplier lab
5 Ensures that the Test items in DQTP are aligned to the related standards, SN Product Specification or Drawing and customer specific requirements.
6 DQTP Review for New Project and ECN etc.
7 Key Component test plan & verification.
8 Jira/CAR review and communication with team for improvement, verification & closure.
9 New Test Fixture development per new requirement.
10 Test Equipment & Fixture management.
11 New Test Protocols generation.
12 Test data accuracy management.
13 Review and Approve Test Request
14 Test capacity definition for the Lab.
15 Test capacity development and technical support on Supplier Laboratory.
16 Test schedule management, optimize the test schedule per priority level and lab source.
17 Monitor the ORT process andreviewing weekly ORT Reporting from Supplier Lab
18 Monitor Ongoing Product performance and reliability, initiate Continuous Improvement activities in order to achieve/ exceed the defined Quality Metrics.
19 Provide test Director with regular reporting of Ongoing Product testing summary.
20 Support the NPD Testing, ensuring it reflects DFMEA and PFMEA. Deliver the test summary (or report) on time.
21 Support the Product Readiness activities for new products.
22 In conjunction with the appropriate senior management team, make final decision on product improvement.
23 Review of Customer return data to develop new test items (or fixture) to avoid the similar issue. Provide Test Engineering support for customer complaint investigation.

Hiring Requirements:
Experience:
1 10 years+ working experience in a Laboratory environment.
2 Extensive experiences in Household Appliance testing.
3 3 years+ experience in managing a Lab Team.
4 Experience in generating test protocols & evaluation of the equipment and fixture.
5 Working knowledge of IEC /UL/ASTM safety/ performance standards and applying the standards to verify safety margins during qualification process.
6 Demonstrated high level of engagement and self-motivation.
7 Strong communications and interpersonal skills: presents ideas in a style that is clear, fluent and to-the-point.
8 Action/result oriented: Achieves high level, sustainable performance and results; is bottom-line oriented; steadfastly pushes self and encourages others to grasp ownership for achieving timely, quality, agreed upon results; is highly energetic.
9 Demonstrated decision making capability: uses logic and insight to solve problems and create effective solutions.
10 Degree in a technical discipline e.g. Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, Material, Industrial science or engineering.
