Job Description:
1. Utilize personal customer resources to conduct sales activities, formulate and execute fabric sales plans to ensure the achievement of sales targets
2. Expand the market, develop new customers, explore and maintain existing customer relationships to achieve product sales goals
3. Be familiar with the company's products (mainly women's woven garments), order processes, issue resolution, and collection of payments
4. Build and manage a sales team, including training, motivating, and guiding team members
5. Regularly visit customers, recommend new products, and understand customer development trends
6. Participate in the development and research of the fabric market, frequently visit stores and markets to promptly obtain information on fashion trends
7. Regularly update and adjust sales strategies and plans according to company policies and customer needs
8. Regularly report on sales conditions, providing the company with sales data and analysis
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with customer resources where customer product needs highly match our company's sales products
2. More than 3 years of experience in fabric sales work
3. Passionate about sales work, with excellent sales, communication, negotiation, and management skills
4. Have a plan and are capable of strong action and execution
5. Proactive, optimistic, strong under pressure, and loyal
