Oversee the business and operation of Third Party Department in compliance with the policy and strategy of the Company, maintain Third Party portfolio of new and existing customers well, initiate delivery strategy and directives for expanding business outputs and operation efficiency
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning/ Budgeting
In charge of proposing & developing business plans & strategies to acquire new customers & maximize Third party team's figures as part of overall company's sales strategy
Coordinate with other departments on new initiatives and directives
Establish relationships with new partners in different segments and with different strategies
Daily Activities
Monitor and manage daily and thoroughly business and operation of Third Parties for the best productivity and achievement.
Update and monitor sales result, receive feedback from other departments and partners have right and effective direction to meet company's target
Promote customer attraction by proposing management of promotion or sales activities
Ensure Third party team and business operation in compliance with company's policies & regulations
Ensure effective development and implementation of ad-hoc projects of Third Party Department
Lead and coach Third Party team for their best performance and development; Build culture and team spirit
Undertake other tasks assigned by line manager
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree, major: Business Administration, Economics or relating area
At least 06-07 year-experiences working in related field, in which at least 03-04 years at managerial position, preferably working for banking or financial institution
Deep understanding of banking products & services
Strong communication skill, leadership skills, analytical skill and presentation skill
