We are seeking Total Rewards Manager/Remuneration Policy Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will build efficient remuneration policy and HR Operational policy and procedure in accordance with legislation and internal regulations;
Responsibilities:
Design salary compensation structures appropriately to ensure competitive advantages compared to market as well as to encourage employees to carry out their jobs well.
Build salary scales, reward policies, policies of promotion, merit increase based on the performance evaluations to ensure the internal equity and competitive advantages versus market.
Determine job grade based on job evaluation result
Evaluate the reward proposal of Business unit
Design labour-related policies, HR operational policies to ensure compliance with the Law and VPB SMBC FC's regulations.
Be in charge of communication on compensation and benefits
Coordinate with related Business units to build and submit to competency authority to issue HR internal templates and regulations, to comply with applicable Law and VPB SMBC FC's regulations.
Communicate, record, and monitor the implementations of HR related internal regulations
Other tasked assigned by Human Resource Management Division Director
Qualifications:
Bachelor qualification (preferred Human Management, Law, Economics)
5 years of working experience in the field of human resources, including
3 years of experience in related human resources fields
Profound knowledge of HR, Labor regulations, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Personal Income Tax and related regulations
Knowledge of labour market trends
English: fluency of all skills
Master MS Office
Proficient in job evaluation under Mercer / Hay methods
