Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tourism Specialist, located in Ho Chi Minh City. The Tourism Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting the brand's coffee-related experiences to both locals and travelers. The role will involve creating and delivering engaging coffee-themed experiences, conducting tours, and sharing the story of Vietnamese coffee and culture.

Qualifications

• Strong existing relationships in the travel and tourism sector in Vietnam
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in the travel and tourism industry
• Strong customer service skills
• Sales and marketing experience
• Passion for coffee and the ability to share knowledge and educate others
• Ability to work well in a team and individually
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese
• Previous experience in event coordination or hospitality is a plus
• A background in marketing or sales is beneficial
