I/ Sales Revenue Target
- Contribute to develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
- Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
- Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports submitted by Account Executives
- Assist Membership Consultant and Team Leader in preparation of proposals and presentations
- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
- To take full responsibility of the sales aspect of the club and implement a plan to achieve 100% of the club budget each month
II/ Lead generation and Brand Ambassador
- Prepare a monthly lead generation plan by individual as well as by team for effective search of new business (sales leads and prospects)
- Initiate and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed
III/ System policy management
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team
- Proper use of software and internal sales systems including all follow up systems and sales policies, pricing policies
- Daily update calls/ appointment in CMS system as well as daily communication with Sales Director on CASS Calls and activities
- Utilize all tools such as daily plans, team meeting forms, MC Scoreboard to be updated all the time, monthly goal setting with MCs, CASS reports, MC roster, monthly strategy, weekly critical path, critical action plan, appointment monitoring sheets, lead generation plan and referral forms issued by Sales Director
- Submit all reports on a timely manner
IV/ Team Building and Development
- Conducts daily Team Meeting with all Membership Consultants to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of membership consultants sales and activity performance
- Conducts Monthly Goal Setting to every Membership Consultant and be responsible for their monthly performance and development
- Provide timely feedback to Sales Director regarding performance
- Recruit, test and hire Membership Consultant based on criteria agreed upon by senior management
