Position Title: Trade-lane Sales Manager
Reporting Line: Vietnam Country Head of Sales
General Purpose: To drive overall trade lane and overseas controlled MNCs business growth.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive VN-EU, VN-NAM, VN-APAC Tradelane growth
- Analyze market trends, and customer's demands to identify growth opportunities & trade lane growth strategies.
- Drive the overall VNEU, VN-US, VN-APAC Trade lane development program in alignment with countries management & local sales force.
- Conduct joint visits with local Sales & Products to support business growth, customer retention or specific sales & marketing campaign.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and execution on trade lane activities.
Drive Business Growth of Overseas controlled MNCs
- Identify and target potential clients within key IVs that have sourcing activities in Vietnam.
- Collaborate with HWL Overseas to develop sales strategies & design tailored solutions that specifically caters clients needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and execution of clients business with HWL.
- Build and grow long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the Global/Regional Verticals organization to increase business opportunities.
- Serve as the main contact point in VN for IVs focused clients; analyze the competitive landscape and identify opportunities to position HWL as a preferred logistics partner for IV clients.
- Stay updated on IVs trends, logistics market's demand & supply.

- Global/Regional Verticals Trade Lane Sales organization.
- Key countries trade lane development stakeholders.
- Global/Regional Verticals Sales organization: within key IVs.
- Management team of VN and partnered countries commercial strategy planning & execution.
- Products & operations: solution design, pricing strategy & business implementation.
- Finance Support DSO & DPO procedures.
- Legal Contractual Review and Compliance.
- Country KAM Sharing knowledges and Sales activities across specific IV.
- Pricing/TM/Procurement market intelligence exchange; align for selling strategy; co-sales visits.
- Sales Support Obtain pricing info; business implementation and SOP adherence; data provision on related performance measurement.
