II. Job Purpose:
To be responsible for managing and executing overall trading work to drive maximize sale profit for both online & offline store and to bring best assortment/differentiation to satisfy customer's needs.
III. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, lead & execute daily operation of trading team.
- Overall Trading plans mainly:
- Strategic category assortment & development planning for each channel.
-Category purchase & sale planning with margin target.
-Promotion Plan across categories, key & hero items to build traffic, exclusive for Watsons.
-Supplier's funding Plan.
- Manage the POG Main shelf & Promotion Plan & Pricing.
- Negotiate with suppliers for category assortment/deal/performance review/promotion/marketing/POG.
- Lead & execute together with each Category Managers/ Buyers on assortment/ sale/supplier funding/ margin target.
- Analyze and action plan to improve sale performance.
- Responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations of Trading Team as well as setting strategic goals
for the future
- Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
- Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/ Suppliers. Manage relationships with key customers & Suppliers.
- Maintain plan for forecasting, targeting, and attaining sales
- Seek the new opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationship
- Analyze market trends, sales and inventory levels to determine sale planning.
- Responsible for the stock & inventory at warehouse & store to make sure that we have healthy stock.
- Prepare and review monthly report to Senior management.
- Build strong trading team.
- Other task assigned by line manager.
IV: Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, above 5 years in same position of retail business. Strong communication and negotiations skills, Strong leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong decision-making ability
- Good analytical / interpret data, Good at Plan, Marketing knowledge. Good English / Written & Spoken.
Good computer skill (Word, Excel/PowerPoint). Self Confidence, Leadership, Interpersonal Understanding. Ability to work under pressure and deadline.
