JOB PURPOSE:
Perform appraisal, investment, trading of Corporate bonds, and other tasks related to Trading activities assigned by the Head of Trading.
RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Analysis and Appraisal of Corporate Bond Investments
- Find out potential corporate bonds in the market
- Appraisal/Due diligence of corporate customers before submitting for investment/trading
- Perform corporate analysis or corporate bond market reports periodically or as required
2. Proprietary Trading, Brokerage, and Distribution of Corporate Bonds
- Buy and sell corporate bonds on the Trading book following the company's investment strategy
- Search and carry out brokerage transactions of corporate bondswith customers
- Distribute corporate bonds to retail customers: manage retail bonds portfolio, develop retail distribution products and price for products, execute and other distribution-related tasks.
- Draft transaction documents and contracts in cooperation with Legal and Accounting and perform the procedure to buy, sell, and transfer
- Find out and expand relationships with new customers and counterparties provisions of law related to the fields they are in charge
- Maintain relationships and transactions with interbank counterparties, other financial institutions, and corporates
3.Other tasks
- Develop processes, regulations, and guidelines related to trading and investment activities
- Perform daily and weekly reports on Trading and Distribution
- Other tasks assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Educational Qualifications:
- University graduate, major in Finance, Banks, or Economy
2.Professional Knowledge
- Knowledge in the field of corporate finance and securities
3. Relevant Experience
- At least 02 years of experience in corporate bond appraisal/investment/consulting.
- At least 01 year of experience in trading money/value papers/corporate bonds.
4. Required Competencies
- English: fluent in 4 skills
- Good communication skill
