Perform and handle general administration task for training departments.
- Support instructors/department on preparation and delivery of training courses.
- Devise, maintain and update database file on: Training Matrix / profile, Gap Analysis / assessment, Budget and expense, Training schedules / calendar / Monthly Advisory.
- Cooperate with HR, Service, and other department for relevant report.
- DPC Administrator work and manage all tasks on the DPC platform.
- Support the Technician Career Development Process (TCDP) Champion for successful implementation TCDP throughout the organization.
- Co-operate with related departments Service, HR in preparation and documentation process for TCDP.
